Signs of Interest (GO)

  • Mirroring: They copy your posture or gestures.
  • Eye Contact: Sustained eye contact (pupils might dilate).
  • Leaning In: They close the distance when you speak.
  • Preening: Fixing hair, adjusting clothes.
  • Exposed Wrists/Neck: A sign of vulnerability and trust.

Signs of Disinterest (STOP)

  • Crossed Arms: Creating a barrier (defensive).
  • Looking Away: Scanning the room, checking phone.
  • Leaning Back: Creating distance.
  • Feet Pointed Away: Subconsciously wanting to leave.
  • Short Answers: Not contributing to the conversation.
